Rates & Insurance
Rates:
- Initial Intake Session Fee: $150
- On-going Session Fee: $130
Self Pay Only:
- Payment will be due prior to the start of session
- A superbill can be provided to file claims with insurance plans that pay for out-of-network providers via telehealth
Please note the cancellation policy. If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
